Vintage Schuco Bigo Bello Girl Dressed Rabbit with ID – 45 Cm / 18″ – Lovely Mohair Bunny Doll

Schuco Bigo Bello Girl Rabbit Dressed Bunny Doll
–part of the wonderful Hegi Production line of dressed animals 
–made by Schuco in West Germany of the 1950’s/1960’s era
– retains ID: white Schuco foot seam tag (with red writing)
– She’s about 18″ tall including ears/ 45 cm size
– made of mohair and cloth
– she is tan mohair with white paws and face; longer white mohair cheeks, beige heads, arms and legs
– as with all of these, her torso and pelvis are made of red and white cotton cloth
– she is unjointed but his arms and legs are bendy with wires enclosed within the limbs; the wires move well without any breaks or kinks
– brown and black eyes
– clear crisp filament whiskers
– pink and brown stitched nose and mouth 
– airbrushed eyebrow accents on her face
– flannel lined mohair ears with light pink accent – this bunny’s ears stand up beautifully
– she has all her original clothes:
—- yellow rib knit short sleeve skirt
—- green and red cloth skirt with white ricrac trim and aqua tie at the waist
– Excelsior stuffed head and body is firm enough to stand erect when it leans against something
– on and off working squeaker

– Absolutely beautiful condition: clean, very little if any mohair wear, clothes are in good order (just some rough edges but the seams were not finished anyway; she has fairly upright ears
– While of the Schuco Bigo Bello Hegi flexi dressed animals, rabbits are the most common, this larger version of the girl is an exceptional example, especially when you take into account she is about 60 years old
